"The Spruce Point is a family favorite. Peaceful and quiet, with amazing food and service and a location that can't be beat. I gave 4 stars for the condition because our room, while large and comfortable, could stand a bit of refurbishing. It did not detract from our wonderful stay."

"As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. "

"We loved this place. Beautiful new rooms with full fridge/freezer and k-cup coffee machine. Porch all around the building was so nice to have to breakfast and take-out dinner. The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. We ate on the porch overlooking the harbor. 2 minute walk to town and shops and restaurants. No car needed once you’re there. Loved it. mark who took care of us was fantastic!"
