"Good location as a base to explore the peninsula, close to shopping, other beaches, diving. Private beach was a coconut's throw from the balcony to the caribbean. Awoke to striking sunrises and a stiff consistent breeze offset the warmer temperatures."

"JJem Cabanas was a great place to stay. Everything was spotless and very well decorated with all the amenities. Michelle was a great host and took me shopping to Placencia when we got here and also to the airport when we left. The beach is very nice. My favourite place was relaxing on the porch looking out over the ocean!"

"We had a great week at White Sands. No big issues and little ones were quickly handled by local manager. The house has all you need including well supplied kitchen, plenty of linens, kayaks, pool, rooftop patio/grill and wonderful beach and lounge chairs. This is our 2nd year in Placencia and we will definitely try to return the White Sands"

"We had a wonderful stay in December. Check-in was easy, and the property was clean and well-stocked with all essential items. The area is safe and quiet; it was close enough to Placencia (town) without being too crowded. We were able to make a few day trips to interesting sites, so the location was excellent. Would stay there again!"

"A short birthday getaway. This place exceeded my expectations in all areas! Beautiful common area with a full kitchen, private pool, hammocks on The beach. The villa has four separate bedrooms, and we had it all to ourselves! A perfect place for families or multiple couples traveling together."
