"Upon arrival I had to have housekeeping called as the tub looked dirty, there was milkshakes left in the refrigerator, and no bedding or pillows were left for the pullout bed. They responded immediately but did not leave any pillows. After requesting them 2 more times we got them on our 2 night. The pull out bed was terrible— I know they’re usually not the best, we usually have very little experience"

"Our room and the building was immaculate. Staff at the front desk were friendly and fast and the breakfast had a little of everything to satisfy everyone. The bar and waiters were great and our late dinner there on Saturday night was excellent. Amazing menu. Additionally, at all the other hotels I’ve been at this is the only one that has the elevator doors already open on the ground floor. Very handy."
