"The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. "The host was an excellent communicator, accommodating of my questions. The neighborhood was really nice and the game room area was fun. Im a very big person and the showers were comfortable for me, as well as couches! Backyard is GORGEOUS. The place was spotlessly clean and well provisioned.
