"We found 81 Bis to be a perfect location with plenty to do within a few miles of our base. The apartment was well equipped with views over the garden on 2 sides and parking for our car plus safe storage for the bikes. Shopping within easy reach and the beautiful city of Tours just 12 miles away. For us the bed was very hard and not to our liking but it might well suit other people. We are both 72 and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you"

"What a great holiday we had at this lovely gîte. It is spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is lovely and has a plenty to keep everyone of all ages occupied, including table tennis, zip line, boules and the pool. A big attraction are the animals which you can help look after, a pony, goats and some chickens. A great find and we hope we can stay there again!"

"We stayed here for six nights and would definitely stay again. The gite is exactly as it was portrayed in the photos. Julie, our host, was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The gite was comfortable with everything needed for two people. We loved sitting out on the terrace and looking out over the river while having breakfast or an Apero. There is a wonderful bakery in the center of town for getting morning croissant, and we had a fabulous dinner at a local restaurant called Le Part...

"On a main road but set well back so nice and quiet for sleeping. Good sized bathroom and kitchen with quality appliances, fast wifi, comfortable bed, pleasant patio.The only item that we might have liked is a more ergonomic living room couch but that's a very minor issue. Denis is most welcoming host, we especially appreciated the coffee and other break items he provided."

"As a family we stayed at the end of August. The property was easily the best rental cottage we have ever stayed in. Very roomy and fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. We loved the outdoor electric grill plate on the terrace which we have never used before, so much cleaner than a barbecue.
