"Je viens de passer trois jours à l’Hôtel Rio à Ouidah et le séjour a été tout simplement extraordinaire. L’hôtel est calme, confortable et très agréable. Les lits sont particulièrement confortables, ce qui garantit un excellent repos. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : accueillant, disponible, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. On s’y sent vraiment bien pris en charge. J’aurais aimé prolonger mon séjour, mais le travail m’appelait déjà… Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je vous conseille de vous y arrêter chaque fois que l’occasion se présentera."

"It is located in a remote area, so dining options are limited to the resort - a modest dinner is around $25 per person. Beach and common areas were very clean. Everything was in working mechanical order. I’d strongly recommend females avoid or fully cover up for the beach. Modest one piece swimsuit and bikini top with shorts drew unwanted attention. The bartender occasionally shooed them away, but they quickly returned. And they are VERY aggressive; physically picking up, wrapping arms around for a selfie, getting within a foot for an inappropriate photos, and things a little worse. It is a quiet beach which give a false sense of security. "

"I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed and they came back to take it whenever someone else needed it. The receptionist was rude. bathroom was not equipped with shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The bidet in the bathroom was broken so was the toilet and I would not used it my entire time on the property. "
