The Villa offers accomodations for up to five people in three bedrooms and a bathroom. Nestled in the quiet and delightful Apulian countryside, The villa is very close to the sea as well- It takes almost 10 minutes by car.

History, Ancient Tradition and Modern comfort define Villa LuMa ensuring its guests a rela-xing and a highest quality stay. On the same floor, the Villa comprises two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a French-size bed, a bathroom with shower, a spacious living room/dining room with a lovely chimney, a cosy familiar kitchen overlooking the private front garden.
Furthermore, the property offers another relaxing outdoor dining room where all guests can unwind, stay in contact with nature and enjoy themselves.

Just 20 metres from the villa, walking outside among the majesty of the secular olive trees and a well-kept Mediterranean garden dotted with flowers and fruit trees, a private swim-ming pool (12×6 metres) is ready to welcome our guests.
Moreover the external space nearby affords a lovely patio and a barbecue.

Villa LuMa is perfect for a family holiday with kids, for anyone who wants to escape from the city; It’s a lovely and peaceful place where our guests can discover the beauty of the Apulian countryside very close to the sea.

Wonderful stay, lovely hosts

We where greeted warmly upon our late arrival. Hosts where easily contacted for all questions. The house itself is clean and offers all you need during your stay. The private pool is really great; situated is a lovely garden with different seating areas and a pizza oven! All you need for a relaxing holiday. The Monopoli area offers a great mix of old cities (polignano a mare and monopoli itself) and wonderful bay areas and caves all within 10-20 min driving distance. If you want to avoid the masses go to grotta del trullo in Putignano . Would definitely recommend to stay here

Sehr nette Gastgeber aber schlechtes WLAN

Wir waren hier zu dritt im Juli. Es war sehr heiß. Die Räume ließen sich nicht runter kühlen, obwohl eine Kühlung i. Flur dafür sorgen sollte. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. OG eines normal großen Hauses mit Flachdach. Definitiv keine Villa. Der Preis war viel zu hoch. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Untergeschoss. Es gibt einen großen Pool. Das Areal hat man meist für sich allein. Das WLAN bricht immer wieder zusammen. Da ich auch am Laptop arbeiten musste, war das sehr ärgerlich. Die Einrichtung erinnert eher an eine Ansammlung gebrauchter Dinge vom Flohmarkt. Es gibt einen Gasherd und eine Waschmaschine. Die Dusche ist für große Menschen viel zu klein. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind sauber und ausreichend. Vom Haus bis nach Monopoli und zu diversen Stränden sind es ca. 15 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben bessere Objekte bei anderen Portalen deutlich günstiger gefunden.
