Typical Casale with pool
Accurately restored, stone built Casale with pool, set in the hills of Monopoli an originally fishing village, now a well known seaside spot with a wide choice of beaches, shops and restaurants. There are three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one twin; there is also a double sofa bed in the livingroom. The large kitchen which has an access to a veranda and there is also a spacious living room and a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. In the pool area there is a further bathroom with shower (the pool is about 12x5m and  about 1,50m in depth). There is free WI-FI access. Outside there are olive groves and a garden with ornamental plants. A paved area, with pergola, a wooden dining table and chairs and a barbecue. The garden is completely fenced, with an electronic gate for cars and a smaller for pedestrian.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks. . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in

Zeer mooie en ruime woning op erg afgelegen locatie

Inchecken bij woning verliep erg plezierig, goede uitleg van woning en omgeving. De woning is erg ruim en rondom ook veel ruimte. Het zwembad is erg ruim en de buitendouches erg fijn. In de woning alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Nadeel is dat de woning erg afgelegen ligt, 12 minuten rijden naar dichtstbijzijnde plaats en 20 minuten van het strand.

Great venue.

Lovely villa with great outdoor living space. The pool is a good size (but not heated). Location is tranquil and 15 mins drive to the nearest town. We had a great few days stay.

Great casale with large pool

* Great place: well equipped, very large porch which is very convenient with such a warm weather and good location. Large swimming pool with a lot of privacy. * Excellent service: warm welcome + when they delivered the new terras furniture, they noticed a wesp nest for which they came back to eliminate that same day... Recommended! * When we arrived, there was a broken bottle on the laundry terras and with kids playing bare foot inside and outside the house, that was not ok. * The back door didn't close well, and when you pulled harder to close it, the door handle came of... * The plants (between terras and pool, and between pool and valley were so tall that we could not sit on the porch in the shadow to see the kids play in the poolenjoy the stunning view that is beyond the hedges...

Mooie villa in een prachtige streek.

Mooie villa, die hier en daar wel stilaan aan renoveren toe is. Vooral het buitengedeelte is soms echt versleten (meubelen, tegeltjes in het zwembad) Binnen is alles top in orde. De streek is prachtig met duizenden (stok)oude olijfbomen en steden als Monopoli, Lecce, Taranto, enz... op korte afstand. Héél vriendelijk onthaal !!!!

Gezellig ruim huis met prachtige tuin en zwembad

We hebben in dit huis een heerlijke tijd gehad. Perfect voor 6 personen. Er zit ook echt een heel ruim zwembad bij. Wel lastig om je weg naar terug te vinden. Wij gebruikten Chiesa di San Marco, Zingarello op Google maps en zo kwamen we iedere x weer aan gelukkig. Leuke plaatsen in de omgeving. Puglia is prachtig. Ons ontvangst door Trulli en dimore was echt heel goed geregeld allemaal. T huis is ook heel gezellig ingericht.

Peaceful retreat in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casale del Vento, it is a beautiful property, particularly the outdoor areas. In fact, we experienced some inclement weather during our stay and it wasn't really warm enough to be outside all the time - the inside of the property is not as spacious or very cosy for colder weather so I would consider this if not staying during summer, when it would be perfect (although blankets etc were provided). There is also not really a huge amount of space in the kitchen/bathroom area so if we had been 4 adults, we may have got under each other's feet a little. Otherwise, the property is clean and very well maintained, the gardens are beautiful and you are in a great location to explore the Val D'Itria, with most towns being within a 30-40 minute drive. The staff at Trulli & Dimore were excellent before and during our stay, thank you Emanuela and Claudia.

Bella casa

Ottimo giardino anche se la siepe meritava un aggiustamento; Bella la piscina, ottimo il bagno accanto alla piscina,; Camere un po troppo piccole. Soddisfacente la cucina completa di tutti gli accessori; Bella la location, isolata e molto silenziosa, non mi aspettavo però di stare a mezz'ora dal mare; Essendo in aperta campagna c'erano tanti insetti, troppi. Nel complesso soddisfacente ma mi aspettavo di più.

A outstanding,private, countryside villa.Beautiful

The villa was gorgeous. It had lemons trees& olive trees, with exceptional landscaping.Beautiful outdoor living areas, & pool! Interior was bright, with plenty of room. Kitchen is great, plenty of room,and well equipped with utensils, pots & pans. The bedrooms had comfortable beds & bedding, nicely decorated. The realtor Anna Sardella was amazing, she went far & above any requests. The agency is very well managed, with staff always willing to assist in any regard ,& a pleasant experience. We would highly recommend this Vila, & using Anna Sardella of Trulliedimore. A vehicle is recommend. This is a country setting, on a lovely road that ends at a church. Local towns for groceries is Alberobello!!! Next to Castellana Grotte. Tourists towns at their finest.

Perfect for families with small children

We are back from our stay at CASALE DEL VENTO and we just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the property and the service from the staff at Trulli & Dimore. It’s our second visit to the area and both time we have stayed in one of your villas. The standard of the accommodation is exemplary. The villa was perfect for a relaxing family stay. The shopping service was helpful, ensuring we had enough supplies for the first couple of days. The Villa has everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, outdoors barbecue, etc. The swimming pool has a good sized shallow area and is gated off which was a helpful safety feature when you have small children. There was lots of space for the kids to run around the beautiful garden. Across the road was a local bar where they host live music a couple of nights to about 2am, it didn’t bother our stay but some might find it annoying. We had a fabulous time and we will be coming back soon.

Very nice property & location.

We had a great time there. It´s clean and in good condition. More than enough space for a family of 4. The place is on a hill with a nice view over the landscape. There´s always some wind and fresh air outside. At the end of our trip we had very cold weather (2°C) and really needed the heating, and thank god it was working properly. There´s not much going on around it, the next facilities are in Castellana, about 3-5 km away. But if you have a car, you are pretty much in the center of everything, we did many great trips to all the great cities around. I can always recommend that villa, the management was also very friendly and helpful.
