TD Trulli Tortorella w/ nature pool & Sauna

In the countryside of Monopoli, 10 minutes by car from the crystal clear beaches, Trulli Tortorella are a complex of cones and lamia perfect for those seeking a holiday in privacy and tranquility, not far from the most visited and appreciated villages such as Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte Ostuni and more...

The property is divided into two units: the Trulli are the main body and accommodate the kitchen, equipped with every comfort and two double bedrooms, each with bathroom and shower plus an additional single bed in the smaller Trullo. The second unit is an annexe adjacent to the pool with a bedroom and bathroom with shower.
On the square in front of the house, there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with barbecue, stove, sink and a large table with chairs to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. The swimming pool (10x4 m) is surrounded by the solarium area, equipped with sun loungers, and garden with lawn and aromatic plants.

The late check-in supplement is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you the instructions to access the property and arrange to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.

Security deposit of € 2.000,00 charged via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of € 99,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 5.000 in case of damages.

CITY TAX
€ 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).
For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.


Extra linen and towels: 25,00 € per person
Baby cot and high chair: 25,00 € per stay
Mid-stay extra cleaning: 30,00 € per hour per cleaner
Sauna on request: starting from € 150.00 per stay
Heating on request in winter € 100.00 per week

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 25 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

The pool will not be available from November 1st till March 31st.

Lovely trulli complex

We had a great week in this beautiful villa/trulli complex. We had everything that we needed and the outside kitchen is a fantastic touch. The access roads are narrow so very large cars might find them challenging. The boiler was a bit unreliable while we were there so hot showers weren't guaranteed, but that's a minor quibble.

Recent stay

We had a great experience at our personal Trulli! Convenient enough to access several nearby puglia towns. The backyard was a great place to hang out in the afternoons and the amenities were top notch! Only area of improvement would be for some blinds to block the evening lights and morning sunshine. Thank you Trulli team!
