"We stayed on the second floor of this lovely apartment in the old section of Monopoli. It was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed and also the added bonus of a washer by the shared terrace. Host was easy to reach through WhatsApp. There are a lot of steps to climb but it was worth it to get to the lovely place. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you Lucia 😍"

"Beautiful property that is an excellent location in the old town of Monopoli. Close to bars and restaurants but not so close its noisy. Big shared rook terrace but the steps up to are very steep. Great people watching from the small balcony off the living room. Loved our stay."

"Extremely central and busy. For some it might be very hard to deal with the noise from a bar opposite which was open until after 2 a.m. For me it was not an issue. We would have liked more than one bath towel for our eight day stay. There was only two of us in this big house - we could not risk washing the towel as the weather was a bit unpredictable. The 25 Euro charge for extra was a bit excessive. The bed in the street front bedroom was not very comfortable and many slats had slipped....

Very responsive in our exchanges via What’s App. The apartment is conveniently located in Monopoli Centro Storico - 2 min from boardwalk and sea front ( lungomare), 10 min from tourist information and Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi.
