"Great hotel, great staff, and a large pool for swimming. It was outdoors but was clearly heated and was the warmest pool (temperature) out of all three locations that we stayed during our trip. My only mild complaint was that the door to the bathroom would stick and it took some force to open, but would absolutely recommend this hotel for everything else mentioned. "

"I needed a quick place to lay my head at night while I visited friends, and this place definitely fit the bill. The staff was friendly and helpful (It was definitely interesting to walk in to see the front desk guy walking around with a parrot on his shoulder, lol). The room was clean and very spacious. I liked the separate sitting room from the bedroom. The carpet and some of the common areas looked a little old and in need of some renovation, but it wasn't terrible. My biggest complaint was having to pay for breakfast. I didn't think what they offered was worth what they were charging. Overall, it was a great place to stay in a great location. "

"Really nice, new, artsy hotel. Stayed here with family on a short trip to see the Cincincinatti Zoo. Staff was nice, rooms were very clean, parking was free, and there’s a food hall right next door with great dining options. I was surprised at how few guests were there. So, if you’re looking to book a big function, I’d bet they’d be able to accommodate. Seems like it would be a cool place for a wedding reception. "
