"The cabin is beautiful and immaculate. We stayed in the cabin most of the time; is quiet and cozy. We wish the bed was bigger and comfy but, other than that it was a good experience. We stayed there from April 15 to 18; the weather was perfect and we saw a big bear in the woods which made our stay even more exciting y (pictures and video were taken). The location is perfect; grocery stores are within 15 minutes from the cabin (Walmart, Shaws) We will definitely will go back!!! Can’t wait to...

We loved the fire pit and the entire laid back "Cabin"! This is a perfect place to stay if your a rowdy, beer drinking group of MTB'ers! "Spacious, cozy and tranquil is what you’ll get at this quiet and comfortable cabin in the quaint town of Franconia. The kitchen was easy to cook in with it being mostly stocked with everything you need to prepare most meals. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to spread out and all the wooded trails to walk or hike! We even spotted a snowshoe hare on one of our hikes!"

"The cabin is wonderful. The beds and linens were clean, new, and cozy. The towels were extremely fluffy and lush. The entire interior of the cabin was clean, cozy, and with guests in mind, nice and warm. The outside was great for a fire, or sitting on the deck enjoying coffee in the morning and smelling the fresh air, listening to the quiet. It's at the end of a dirt road, with enough neighbors nearby to feel safe but enough solitude to have privacy and enjoy taking a step back. Town ~10min...

"This cabin has great potential, but there needs to be full disclosure and clarity about its water issues. It was charming and clean, but we were so disappointed that both the gas grill and gas fireplace on the deck were unusable. There was only one empty propane tank under the grill and nothing in the fireplace. There is a wood burning/coal fire pit that we supplied our own wood for. The host did not respond to my inquiry about whether there was an additional propane tank someplace on site....

"We loved our stay here. Views were amazing. We were two families - four adults and four kids (ages 1-4), and this house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common area space. House was clean and well stocked (kitchen items, towels/linens, games, etc.). Communication with the management company was quick. "If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Overall, great experience. The property is close to everything, my personal favorite, 20 mins from the Flume. Some great restaurants around. The owner showed awesome hospitality. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!"
