House was as described in the historic district and is nicely remodeled. Pool was a nice added bonus as was the covered front porch. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking. We were there for a family reunion for 6 days and house was nicely located for trips to atlanta and athens. Patrick was quick to respond to our requests as well. Highly recommend this house if your travels take you to georgia.

In the area to attend graduation at UGA and wanted something with a bit more room for the family to spread out. This was the perfect choice. Nicely updated property with everything we needed. Quiet street that's just a short walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are larger than expected, the bathrooms were great, and the front porch was a nice place to unwind. We enjoyed this place so much, we've already booked it for our next trip to Monroe.
