"I came to Seattle from Portland with family and friends for a concert that was canceled on the day of on 6/14/24 but we decided to come and stay anyway. During the night my friend got very sick and ended up in the ER which we found out that she had pneumonia. The hotel extended our stay until we could get out of the ER with the medicine she needed. I highly recommend this hotel. They have great staff, clean rooms, it”s secure, a great location and above all care about their customers. We will be staying again asap. Thank you "
