"Overall the property was fine - but it is really showing its age. Cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, broken bed foot, loose electrical sockets, overgrown front garden etc. Maid was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Nice pool! Desk staff averagely helpful. A 10-15 minute drive to the beach."

"The apartment was lovely and a gorgeous balcony to enjoy! The sofa bed was super comfy and the air con was amazing! It was a little noisy in the evening with ppl coming home and banging doors but this did not take away from the lovely time we had. Also the bathroom was huge and had great water pressure. All the windows had shutters and opened fully which was so lovely. "

Location: Villa Botanica is located in Old Cannes, amidst shops & restaurants, corner grocery stores and large open air markets, as well as mass transportation (steps from the central bus depot). I normally stay in Centerville (around The Carlton), but I've enjoyed staying in Old Cannes, which is a 7-10 min walk to the West. I find Old Cannes more lively and much less tourist-trappy than...
