"The hotel was nice staff friendly but our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was meant to be in a non smoking room and was quite disappointed when i walked into the room as the smell was very strong. I think its more stale smell than a recent one. "

"Booked a double with twin beds, ended up with a double and told fully booked yet a twin room was empty and unused. Been before but not again."
