"Andrew and Andy could not have been more gracious and hospitable. Friendly and helpful, literally nothing was too much trouble for them. The building is old and with plenty of character, beautiful frescoes ceiling in the rooms, only as it is located right in the centre of town it may be a little noisy in the morning but the rest more than makes up for it and we would definitely go back. "Couldn’t have been better. It was such an amazing building in a wonderful central location. The communal lounge was traditionally decorated and so relaxing. The room was large and relaxing with top quality furnishings, super large comfy bed. Bathroom was great with a nice strong shower. Our host was enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful. We took his advice and went to the Puccini theatre performance and museum. We hope to visit again. Lucca is fabulous and not to be missed."
