Half-timbered house 18th century, modern design, terrace, river property
modern renovated half-timbered house with quarry stone cellar and quarry stone side walls. Original doors and particularly rare frames from the 18th Century are in the 1st OG preserved and have been lovingly processed. The old plank floor was revised and the old lattice windows, where available, were restored. The bathrooms and the kitchen are modern. The mix of antique and design makes the special charm of our house "stay". For this purpose, the house is in a unique location with a balcony facing the river and the possibility of exiting through a cellar window (it is worth bending over) to the shore with seating. Easy access to the Rur for fly fishing. Fishing license available at the Oebel bakery on the market square.
The house has two bathrooms, three bedrooms (one of them quite small with a second bed in a pull-out drawer) and a sofa bed for one person in the living-dining room. There is another living room on the 1st floor. The kitchenette is complemented by a lounge island. Large dining table overlooking the river. Maximum number of people: 6

The house is fantastic and very cute. Very well equipped and equally comfortable. Monschau is wonderful with many tourist activities and one small convenience store. The bars and restaurants are friendly and serve good food. Thoroughly recommend a stay.
The house was exactly like the description/pics. It came with a fully euqiped kitchen which was really convenient. We had a great time there!
There was some confusion around picking up the key and also there was a double booking, however since we were the first to check-in, the other guests arranged an alternative.
Prachtig gelegen accommodatie aan de rand van het dorp. Achter uitzicht op stromend riviertje en groen. Volledig ingericht en geschikt om zelf te koken, niets gemist.
Ein wunderschönes, geschmackvolles Haus. Zum Wohlfühlen. Genau wie auf den Fotos. Leider mussten wir den Aufenthalt wegen ei es Unfalls abbrechen, wor kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.Anregung: Antirutschmatte in der Dusche, sie ist sehr glatt.

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, nochmal würden wir es nicht mieten, weil die Treppe recht steil ist und die Koffer schwer nach oben zu transportieren waren.Aufgrund der Tallage von Monschau war die Parksituation schwierig. Die Straßenbeschilderung war lückenhaft. Wir hatten Probleme bei der Zufahrt.
Das Haus bietet eine zweckmäßige Küche und passenden Wohnbereich im EG. Im 1OG. finden sich die Schlafräume und weitere Dusch/WC Räume. Der Zugang zum Wasser hinterm Haus ist nur sehr schwer über eine steile Kellertreppe möglich. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!
Es ist ein schönes, sehr gepflegtes Haus in einer perfekten Lage. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir kommen definitive noch mal und empfehlen die Lokation zu 100%!
Die Wohnung war wirklich sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das alte Ständerwerk wurden an zwei Stellen frei gelegt und toll in Szene gesetzt. Die Lage, direkt am Fluss, hat seinen Charme, wenn man mit Nebengeräuschen einschlafen kann ;)
Uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Lage, bzgl. Nähe zum Ort, ist auch super. Man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen.
Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Fachwerkhaus in der Altstadt Monschaus
Schönes Haus im Eifelstädtchen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sehr umfangreich. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Bei schönem Wetter auch im November wirklich nett, wobei im tiefen Tal die Sonne dann doch Mühe hat.
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und die Terrasse ist wundervoll! Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist direkt im Städtchen und auch zum Wandern hat es eine perfekt Ausgangslage. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!
Tolle Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub. Alles vorhanden und gute Lage.
Allerdings gibt es in Monschau nicht mal einen kleinen Supermarkt. Lebensmittel und Getränke muss man sich mitbringen oder außerhalb einkaufen.
