Staff at the desk spoke in English which eased our communication know Spanish a little. I will recommend it to my client as a travel consultant! "

The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, large, functional but dated, the room lacked sockets for charging. Breakfast was included in the price which really was a bonus. "We loved this hotel. It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service. "

"It was a good stay at Kenton Palace. The place was clean and rooms were big with 2 double beds. The reception staff Sebastian was amazing and went out of his way to help us. There were couple of staff who were not so friendly. It was quite central and walking distance to restaurants and the main Mayo square. Would stay there again if in Buenos Aires."

"The location is superb. Never felt unsafe in this area, nor anywhere in Buenes Aires, actually. The rooms are fine; however, the rooms on the 9th floor near the service elevator and the AC blowers are LOUD! After three nights they gave me another room. So, if they give you a 9th floor room, kindly ask for a different room. The staff was fantastic. And as far as breakfast, I thought it was fine. I was a first-timer to Buenes Aires. I would stay here again, just not on the 9th floor!"

"Very good location at the heart of every iconic location. Needs alot of renovation, tired and old building with basic dark furnishings.The breakfast is poor not even bread to make your own toast. Good for short stay and somewhere to sleep."
