"We appreciated this hotel. Overall very good."

"We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. We had to grab towels from the cleaners trolley in the corridor. On the first day, when we called the reception they told us cleaning needed to be ‘booked’. Then the second day we called again and they told us they were too busy. Really below standard for their star rating."

"Nice beachfront hotel. Friendly staff that welcomed us and checked us in and out. The restaurant has great food and drink options. Overall, a nice stay."

"Overall it was just about fine for just 2 nights but most staff interactions were met with a "no". Can anyone help with luggage? No. Can we post our stamped postcards with you? No. Can you check before charging our card as we wanted to use a different one? Oops, too late... So, all very basic and not afraid to charge heavy fees for everything eg 30 euros for the car park."

"Our ground floor room was spacious but wasn't overly welcoming with little decoration in the home. The lighting was particularly poor in the bedroom and in the bathroom where you could hardly see yourself in the mirror to have a shave. The bathroom was spacious, but poorly lit. It was warm during our stay and the air-conditioning seemed inadequate to cool your room when returning in the evening.
