It is a new villa for 8 persons in a very calm place where you will feel very comfortable with your family.
We have a nice swimming pool which is private only for your family.

Place is as described. 10 min walk to start of Grande Baie. Host Mr. Veerapen very helpful with car hire and advice. Plenty of beaches in 10 mins drive. 10 min walk to La Croisette mall, hypermarket and food court through gate in fence that Google maps doesn't know about

We spent 3 weeks in Mauritius staying at 3 different villas. This villa was by far the best. We were blown away by how big, spacious and clean it was. Mr Veerapen made us feel so welcome and made checking in easy. He’s a pleasure to deal with. We would also like to thank Kiran, the maid for keeping the place clean and spotless every day. She’s friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this villa-Great location right next La Croisette shopping mall. This place ticked all the boxes for us.

Nous avons passé 1 mois dans ce logement et avons été très satisfait de ce logement. Rien à dire tout était impeccable. Du propriétaire à la femme de ménage qui ont été professionnele et très sympathique. La femme de ménage nous à concocter du repas typique Mauricien excellent et pour un prix dérisoire. Je peux que conseiller cette location.

La villa est magnifique, nous avons été très bien reçu et conseillé par le propriétaire. Je vous la recommande fortement. Nous y sommes allés 17 jours en novembre 2023 et nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Superbe villa, très spacieuse, très proche de la baie avec ses petits commerces et restaurants mauriciens. Vous pouvez même louer un véhicule par le propriétaire et on vient vous cherchez à l'aéroport. Quoi demander de plus tout y est ! Rien de mieux pour passer de bonnes vacances sous les tropiques.

Excellent accueil, la maison est conforme à la description, le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour des conseils avisés. C'est avec plaisir que nous retournerons dans cette villa.

5 ***** vergeben wir sehr gern. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, es wurde täglich gereinigt und die (bequemen) Betten gemacht. Danke Nazia (auch für´s gelegentliche Kochen)! Regelmäßig wurde auch der Pool gereinigt. Vom Haus aus gelangt man fußläufig zur Shopping Mall "La Croisette" und zum Hafen/Strand von Grand Baie. Die wunderschönen Strände "Mon Choisy" und "Trou aux Beach" sind schnell mit dem Auto oder einem Scooter zu erreichen (10 Minuten). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.
