3 * town center house with land and private parking

Rent single storey house of 32 M² with terrace, on private land of about 120 M², private and closed parking.

Completely renovated in 2013, the rental is located on avenue Georges Clemenceau, just 150 meters from the center and its shops and only 300 meters from the thermal baths.
Nearby leisure activities (tourist office, bowling, skating rink, casino, ski rental, funicular, free shuttles, etc.)

Composition:

- A main living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, raclette machine), BZ type sofa (2 people), flat screen TV with player DVD, TNT satellite reception.

- A bathroom with toilet, sink and shower unit.

- A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed as well as two 90 cm bunk beds and a wardrobe.

- Individual electric heating, 200 liter individual water heater, iron and ironing board.

- Ski room, sledge, with garden furniture, barbecue.
