At the sources of the Dordogne River, the family resort of Le Mont-Dore offers a variety of recreational opportunities. Plan hikes, outdoor sports or winter sports when the snow is on the slopes of the Puy de Sancy volcano. A ride on the summer toboggan run, a game of Explor'Games or a round of ice skating, you'll have plenty of options to keep your energetic kids busy.

The Sancy Massif offers the most beautiful places of the Massif Central with magnificent landscapes, volcanoes with sharp ridges or rounded peaks, a deep crater lake, a volcanic reservoir for swimming, waterfalls for refreshment, nature reserves with protected fauna and flora, medieval castles, important Romanesque churches and thermal towns with Belle Epoque architecture. It is impossible to get bored here, benefiting from a wide range of outdoor activities that can be tried both in winter and summer.
