"Such lovely welcoming staff when we arrived late in the evening - extra attentive to our children which was really appreciated! My husband made use of the gym down the road which was perfect for what he needed. Thankyou for a lovely stay!"

"The warm welcome and detailed introduction of Albi from Camille at the front desk was a great start of our stay in Albi. The parking within hotel premises and location 5mn walk from the historical center makes this hotel a perfect place to stay when visiting Albi. Hotel is located in a quiet street with no car circulation noise. I recommend to any visitor there."

"We had a great stay. The staff were all quite helpful and very kind. Our room was beautiful and a perfect location, right near the center plaza in Castres. We felt so comfortable in the hotel we made full use of the amenities: afternoon drinks on the terrace, evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast the next day. All excellent. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel."
