Apartamento bien ubicado y tranquilo. La parte del patio exterior estaba sin arreglar y un poco deteriorada. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y pasamos mucho calor hasta el tercer día que lo vinieron a arreglar después de mucho insistir. La zona de playas es preciosa.

Wir haben umgebucht von Gala I, weil kein Lift vorhanden sei!! Gala I hat einen Lift in den 5.Stock!!! Schlechte Info von Ihnen !!! Die Küche ist minimal ausgestattet, keine saubere Pfannen, keine zusätzlichen Küchengeräte, wie Kellen Schwingbesen u.s.w. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nur 1,4m breit! Muss dringend ersetzt werden auf min. 1,6m. Die Zusatzbetten im Kinderzimmer sind unzumutbar für erwachsene Personen. Einrichtung und Möblierung ist gut. Gartenmöbel und Umschwung sind auch gut.

Appartement correct, le principal est là. Le jardin mériterait d'être terminé : à l'état d'abandon. Inconvénient : la voie ferrée passe juste derrière la résidence (trains entre 5h30 et au delà de minuit : cela peut déranger les locataires ...). Avantage : l'accès à la plage est immédiat par l'escalier. Crique très agréable. Globalement, vacances agréables mais avec des boules Quies ...

Très bruyant par les trains , belle vu de la mer

Logement spacieux pour 3 personnes , belle vu sur la mer se sont les seuls choses positives . Les point négatif : _Bruit des passages de train avec une voie ferrée a 10 m (bruit et Vibration du sol a chaque passage toutes la journées et même la nuit) _Arriver le logement était sale (poussières , drap des lits sales non changer ,mur sales)tous a était remis en ordre par interhome dans la journée (sauf les murs) _La climatisation qui ne marche pas (attente du 4eme jour pour apprécier la clim après la recharge) _Miami platja avec de belle plage mais la ville n'a aucun intérêt (peut de commerce,de choix de restauration,de chose a visité)on peut voir beaucoup de sportifs des le matin , _ Les meilleures villes son cambril ou Salou avec des commerces qui ferme après minuit _Le logement est adapté pour les gens qui veule que la plage et ne pas bouger.

Emplacement idéal

Appt très bien placé a 2 pas de la plage, intérieur propre et adapté a une famille de 4 pers par contre un jardinet très mal entretenu donc quasi inexploitable, pas de store ni de parasol pour la terrasse et pas de lave vaisselle alors que ce dernier est indiqué dans le descriptif.
