"We moved from a crappy hotel to La Quinta Inn in Tacoma. What a difference, the stuff was friendly and helpful, easy to get to, and out. The place has been remodeled so the rooms are nice and quiet. It looks like it needs a paint job from the outside, but once you walk inside, it is definitely worth it. Will definitely come back to this place. A casino is across the street so it is convenient! "

"An older establishment that is not up to code such as handicap rails in bath. Staff is friendly and very nice. Room very clean but outdated. Absolutely nothing to do. One taco restaurant across 4 lane highway. No place to walk. The lobby is a 5 foot square area with no place to sit or wait for a shuttle. You are 45 minutes from the pier so you are looking at $50 or more one way. I booked because it read “free airport shuttle “. If you are taking a cruise then this is not where you want to stay. Book downtown where you have options of walking and dining. Shuttle will still cost the same but at least you can see Seattle while you wait."
