We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the fire pit and large basement. It was very clean and in good condition. The owner responded quickly to messages and was super kind. Fire pit looks awesome but didn’t get to use. On a scenic road along the Delaware, 10 mins to port jervis restaurants and bowling alley memory lanes.
