Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa is a lovely stone building with air conditioning, WiFi internet and pool. La Rimessa is a villa / farmhouse / home having a total of five private apartments. The property can sleep up to 30 people comfortably in 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms.

LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.

In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.

Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.

A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.



The Experience
Upon arrival at La Rimessa you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the lake and the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Outdoors you will also find a playground, patio and barbecue grill. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

La Rimessa is a lovely stone building that has a total of five private apartments that is conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and shared pool.

Fienile is a four-bedroom unit with four bathrooms that is built on two levels and can sleep up to eight guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight guests.

This property was amazing. From the house, the pool, the farm animals and the view. I would 100% go back and I highly recommend this property to other guests.
