Vergane glorie

Vermoedelijk was deze accommodatie 20 jaar geleden fantastisch, maar lijkt sindsdien slecht onderhouden. De meubels waren oud en versleten, het huisje slecht verlicht, de bedden erg hard, de wc verstopt, de wifi matig, het zwembad wat viezig en de tuin verwaarloosd. Op zich allemaal geen ramp, maar alles bij elkaar zou ik deze accommodatie niet aanraden, zeker niet voor deze prijs. Pluspuntjes: Goede locatie in hard van Toscane en vriendelijke eigenaresse.

Isch gut

In der nähe von Empoli liegend, bietet die kleine Wohnung alles was man braucht. Betten sind gut. WLAN ist schlecht + Funkloch. Parkplatz ein bisschen klein. Mosquitoes gibt es zuhauf Autan sollte dabei sein. Pool ist gut. Vermieter sind sehr nett. Allem ganz gut.

Sans plus

Les gros points positifs sont la piscine et le calme. En revanche, l'annonce précise wifi or cela dépend de là où on se trouve et doit sûrement être coupé en fin de journée. L'appartement est extrêmement sombre et triste. Plusieurs coupures de courant en 2 semaines et on doit parcourir 3kms pour avoir du réseau téléphonique. Avis aux personnes sensibles aux piqûres de moustiques: il yen a à profusion (une quarantaine de piqûres en 2 semaines ). Conclusion : je ne reviendrais pas.

Prestation fidèle à la description, propre et bien fini. Extérieurs de qualité : mini terrasse privative, barbecue et piscine de grande taille. Une patronne discrète, efficace et gentille. Le petit plus : la première bouteille de vin maison est offerte en guise de bienvenue; les autres sont à un prix très doux.... T bien localisé en Toscane, à 30 min de Volterra et San gimignano, 1 h de sienne, Florence, Lucca et de la mer
