"This is really a wonderful property and better than the pictures. We had 10 people here of all ages and didn’t feel on top of each other. The access to the lake was really easy and beautiful with the sun setting off the back porch. I’d highly recommend it!"

"Our family has stayed at several VRBOs on Cedar creek.We have finally found our favorite...perfect location on a quiet cove. our grandchildren range in age from 17 to 24 and the bunkroom was perfect for them. We found everything we needed in the kitchen...all of it labeled. Plenty of storage for food and extras we brought in the laundryroom. Two refrigerators were very helpful. We enjoyed the deck during the day and at night. We caught lots of fish right off the dock. The paddleboards and kayaks...

"Visiting to ride the Texas State Railroad in Palestine and wanted a family friendly option close to Tyler and on the water. The house has everything you need, loved fishing from the dock and making s’mores in the fire pit."

"Great location! Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy with the siblings. Frank responded quickly to solve our check in issue. Our fishing members were rewarded with a catfish and several perch. And when we went into Frankston, we enjoyed the (surprise) arts and crafts in the town square. Our only disappointment was that the house was not as updated as the one we rented last year."

"The size of the home is perfect for a large group because everyone has their own space. The large bunk room is perfect for kids and teens to hang out together. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake for fishing. I only rated this property 4 stars for cleanliness because the grass was a little tall and the swimming pool area was very cobwebby but this is the lake so it really wasn’t an issue for us. The property managers were very quick to respond whenever I needed them."

"The house has recently been updated and is nice. Big dining table, large living room and plenty of beds for our large group of 7. No dock for a boat or water toys but we were able to walk right in for water access. Fisherman’s Warf marina is a couple blocks down the street with additional lake access and boat, kayak and paddle boat rentals."

"The property is very peaceful and quiet. The kids loved fishing from the pier. There was an issue with the heat but the owner was very responsive and had it fixed within a couple of hours."
