"House was not clean nor safe for children due to damage everywhere. Smelled like pee or vomit in main areas and back room. Host had cleaning crew come in after complaints however only spot cleaned areas I mentioned. Was still to gross to cook or stay except to sleep. Extremely disappointed. "

"This stay was amazing! The air conditioners worked very well and the allowance of pets made our visit ever so special. We enjoyed walking our dog along the shaded trails instead of having to find a park in town or using a hotel parking lot like you do if staying at a hotel. The beds are comfortable and the location was very convenient for visiting Athens and Canton. "

"Very nice place. Secluded and quiet yet easy access to town and local attractions. The Tiny House was perfect for what I needed and very clean. The Host gave excellent instructions and responded quickly to communications. I highly recommend."

"The owner was very nice and responsive. We had an emergency and didn’t get to stay. We did notice that the pool wasn’t ready yet and I think we were the first ones to rent for this season and the bathroom wasn’t very fresh or clean. "
