"I booked this property so that I could join friends in a neighbouring village for a celebration. The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. Thankfully it was a quiet enough area. The host Laura was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything that you needed but for my taste very basic. The garden area was nice and quiet. "We have loved this hotel and have returned each year.. and still love the location, the town and the opportunity to relax. So why not give stars.. it is a shame that the breakfast room has been moved so now only two tables with the stunning views.. a high point of previous breakfast experience. The restaurant menu did not change across the four nights, which was a little disappointing given the rating (though there are great restaurants nearby!), and the property is beginning to look a little tired. I have loved this hotel - but maybe time to try somewhere new."

"Hotel in town of Gavi in the middle Square parking looking up to castle!! Lots of restaurant around town . And a town swimming pool at the bottom of town. I keep coming back to this hotel as I feel at home . Fantastic stuff and service. And very clean. Rooms are lovely!! If you stay on a Saturday you can not park in Square over night as there is a market on Sunday morning. 5#"

"Hello, I have to say it was an amazing experience for me and my family staying at the hotel villa conte riccardi from manager to the last member of staff which they were brilliant individuals. The service was first class and you never felt alone there since they kept you in a good mood by being there for you at all times. We definitely going back there and at the same time we highly recommend that place. 10/10"
