In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use). Public parking 150 m on the road. Shop 100 m, supermarket 3.4 km, restaurant 200 m, bar, bus stop 10 m, sandy beach 14 km. Marina 13 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift.
"Le due Sorelle", 2-room apartment 40 m2 on 3rd floor. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, freezer). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the resort and the river. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

Basic with great views.

Owners were lovely although we didn’t speak Italian and they didn’t speak English. We got lost and arrived very late but they were understanding. Appartment is basic as the photos show but had everything needed (apart from a sharp knife). Reasonably comfortable bed, shower worked well. Fantastic views from the balcony but not from kitchen onto street. Quiet apartment with very little traffic going past. Lovely old hilltop village as in photos but you need to be able to walk up uneven paths. Only one bar and small shop, latter not open on Sundays but bar sold milk and few cakes. One restaurant which wasn’t open in June when we went. Nice drives and scenic views. Couldn’t get water to work in washing machine.

Stoviglie sporche e unte.TV satellitare e telecomandi non funzionanti.Ultimi giorni antenna TV non funzionante.Porta ingresso difettosa.Mancanza stendino coperto (uccelli su stendino esterno defecano sulla biancheria pulita). Inutile chiedere rimedio: nessuna risposta dei proprietari. Non trovato mollette per stendere. Pagato servizio biancheria non richiesto. Pagato 15 euro a settimana per il cane, invece che per l'intero periodo. Bidone spazzatura lercio e unico. Invasione di formiche.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön ge...

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen, vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, etc.). In Montalto Ligure gibt es ein gutes Restaurant, eine Bar und einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die kleinen verwinkelten Gässchen im Dorf sind schön und laden zu herrlichen Spaziergängen ein. Wir würden z jeder Zeit wieder dorthin fahren. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und sprechen etwas englisch. Wir können es nur sehr empfehlen wer etwas Ruhe vom Alltag möchte ist hier super aufgehoben. Reisetipps: Man ist von Montalto Ligure in ca. 10–15 Minuten am Meer und hat dann auch in Taggia Möglichkeiten einzukaufen. Zu empfehlen ist Imperia, Sanremo, Monaco, Nizza, Triora das Hexendorf, Bussana Vecchia das Künstlerdorf aber auch der Radweg entlang der schönen Küste. Es gibt dort herrliche Orte und man sollte auch ins Hinterland fahren, z. B. Dolcedo – hier gibt es natürliche Wasserfälle wo man Baden gehen kann.
