"My wife and I stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied. We didn’t make use of the amenities so I am not able to comment on them. The term “Resort” is a little misleading however as for hotel accommodation, it is good. While a little dated, the Methven Resort has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom was clean. The hotel is located a short 5 minute walk into the town centre. It has ample parking. We were located on the ground floor and could see the mountains from our room window over the rear car park. Overall, it was clean and tidy. I would stay at the Methven Resort again."

"Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, property and staff were excellent, customer service was top notch. The booking site was disappointing though, as they didn’t send the pin to the lock box for the key ahead of arrival - if you book via this platform, please ensure they send you the virtual check in at least the day before your arrival, else book direct. We had to dial the emergency number and fortunately the staff came to our rescue very quickly. Kudos and thank you to the vicarage team!"

"What a beautiful bed and breakfast. We only stayed overnight but we rested comfortably and really enjoyed the hospitality of our hosts. Spotless, fresh breakfast, beautiful garden and birds, Tastefully decorated. Highly recommend. "
