How this is rated 5 star, I will never know. Rooms are average, food is sub prime. The worst are the staff who are really not friendly and so begrudging to have to help you out.

THB Flora Aparthotel
We booked the studio, kitchenette and amenities were great. The room looks a bit smaller in real life than the photos. All studios are downstairs, I was hoping for a balcony for more privacy but it wasn’t a choice. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. Enjoyable stay overall.

The villa location was great, with fantastic sea views. That said, the actual villa needs a lot of updating and maintenance.It would have been good to have a book on how to use appliances and TV along with a guide of restaurants and places to go etc The sunbeds around the pool were useless as they ...
