"The property was very warm and welcoming after a long day of travel.We opened the windows in our room to a stunning uninterrupted view of the lake.... Breathtaking!! Food is plentiful for breakfast and everything is so clean. The restaurant below provided excellent homemade Italian food at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. "Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "
