"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. The owner is really helpful and welcoming."

"Fantastic property - our family of 5 from the US stayed at this property and it was really perfect. Nice setting and very private after spending a few days in Rome. We enjoyed the pool and spectacular views and the house was very charming, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and made check in very easy. Highly recommend. Mike"

"Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. "This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. "Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Haushalt ist super ausgestattet, egal ob Geschirr, Küchen- oder andere Haushaltsgeräte, es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. The communication was complicated since received messages from both Novasol and VRBO, and the local contact does not speak a single word of english. "Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb mit einem riesigen Grundstück mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einem großen Pool. Die Mutter des Besitzers wohnt im Erdgeschoss und hat uns sehr nett begrüßt, aber sonst war sie sehr selten anwesend. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, hat 2 Balkone/Terrassen, Klimaanlage, die Küche ist eher spartanisch, war aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie nur empfehlen. "

"We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel San Gemini! It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool—absolutely fantastic, surrounded by greenery and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. Highly recommended!."

"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. Just relax and enjoy. "

"It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location. "
