"Teeny tiny room that wasn’t big enough for the twin beds in it - the door couldn’t open fully and you had to squeeze past the wardrobe and bed to get in. The twin beds only fit when jammed flush against one another, so it might as well have been one bed anyway. The room was very clean though"

"Room was very dated and dusty. The bookshelves have fake book facades on them that are covered in a quarter inch of dust. Pillows were old. We requested feather pillows and they said they would provide them but didn’t. Bathroom was nice but there was no conditioner in shower - only large bottles of shampoo and body wash. Windows are not soundproof. The main areas of the hotel were clean and the staff was friendly. Excellent location and the restaurant next to the hotel is very popular and well liked. This should be listed as a 3 star property."
