"Amazing stay!"

"The room we stayed in definitely needed maintenance. Frayed carpet edges, unaligned tiles, excessive caulking, calcium buildup, etc. but it was spacious and aesthetically pleasing. However the stay was so relaxing and beautiful even in October. The view was just gorgeous and all the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. As a nontraditional couple I was extremely pleased with the positive treatment we received. The grounds were well maintained and the spa was amazing. I just got glowing...

"The room we had was not that clean but even worse was the roach crawling on the ceiling. We immediately vacated the property and didn’t stay in our room. We abandoned the room and stayed at a different property. Hoping to settle this soon."

"Perfect location! Lovely cottages!"

"Love this place, come back every year. Lots of nice upgrades this year. Pleasant friendly staff."

"The estate was nice and comfortable, with decent beds and nice linen. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather and were hit by a storm with pouring rain. Neither the TV nor the internet worked during our stay. There were also no common areas or facilities apart from the apartment itself."

"First class outstanding in every way"

"Great location"

"Our stay at the Gurney’s was amazing. We stayed in Oceanfront King room top floor and we had a very nice view of the ocean. We could hear the sound of waves all day from the room which was very relaxing. We could also see the sunrise from our room. Aside from the room, the spa facilities were excellent. For resort guests, bathhouse access is included and we utilized it for both days we were there. Gurney’s also provides free transportation/ride to places in Montauk and we used this service...

"Unique property; lots of attention from staff; close to town."
