Perfect cottage for couple, short walk to town

My fiancé and I enjoyed our 5 night stay at Dana’s cottage. The interior is well maintained and was very comfortable. The property is in a very preferable location — a short 10 minute walk to town/beach and 5 minute walk to Surf Lodge. We hope to stay again next year!

Sophisticated yet rustic cottage

Good location to walk to town. Very nice sophisticated design on the inside and charming rustic cottage on the outside. It exceeded our expectations--the owner has thought out everything you will need.

We enjoyed our stay in Montauk very much. It was our first time on Long Island, and this location was perfect for seeing the lighthouse as well as the Hamptons (having a car helped). The cottage had everything we could possibly want or need, and is in walking distance to the little town of Montauk. We would stay here again.

Great Little Place!

This cottage was super cute, attractively furnished - and super clean! Probably not ideal for more than 2 people for longer than a weekend (we were a party of 4 and seating got tricky), but then again who stays in their getaway spot while on vacation? So close to Montauk Brewing, downtown shops and restaurants - you could walk! This place is a steal and a great find - thanks!!

Fishing Vacation

Perfect and comfortable. Was able to eat all my meals and have coffee at the cottage. Quiet location and in a perfect spot to visit several fishing spots within minutes. This was the second time staying here. Communication with the host was always pleasant. Thanks

Great location, cute house

We stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 4 (two teen boys). With a twin air mattress we were able to sleep 4 no problem. The house is so cute and nicely decorated, and a great quick walk or bike ride to town. We had a lot of fun exploring the area, and it was great to have a kitchen to grab a quick breakfast before heading out or to pack sandwiches for the beach for lunch. The outside space is nicely done as well and we enjoyed sitting outside one evening.

This home has it ALL!

This home is perfectly situated in a large lot walking distance to town, the beach and the pond. The home is self is well stocked with everything you could need for a family (e.g. laundry, grilling supplies, fire pit, and yard games!!) Dana, the hostess, goes above and beyond to ensure a lovely Montauk experience.

Perfect last minute getaway stay!

When all your friends book a hotel for the same rate and have to cram everything in a run down small hotel room, you book the cutest cottage ever!!!! My husband, 4 year old and I were ready to stay forever after spending a night. Walking distance to town, 5 mile drive to the lighthouse and very very clean!!!! Not only were the toiletries, towels, blankets, etc comparable to that of a very nice hotel, but the little extras, like bug spray and sunblock were readily available.

A perfect little getaway!

Just what we needed for the two of us. Close to town and beach. Well appointed. My only preference would have been a different coffee maker... I’m not familiar with a French press. Would certainly consider it again!
