"From the time we landed in France, we enjoyed every single minute! Le Perchoir, was everything I dreamed it would be and even more! The community where the cozy village house is located is friendly and very accommodating! The finest restaurants are located at the top of the street with stunning views of the countryside. I can’t wait to go back and i just got home! Thank you, Glee for sharing your home with us and checking in on us throughout our stay!"

"Plenty of room. Well taken care of. Big refrigerator. Automatic garage. 10 minites from covered and spacious parking in middle of town.Excellent grocery 15 minute drive. Comfy beds. Plenty of heat available. Cool town. Our second stay."

"We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

"One of the highlights of our trip! We loved the village. Really quaint feel to it. Lots of hikes and walks in the area which we took advantage of. The kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved exploring the village."

"Had a wonderful 2 week holiday in this beautifully situated house.It comes fully equipped,great garden and well fenced for the dogs who loved the secluded garden.Very good walks around the golf course and shops,vets all nearby.Golf club open to non residents for eating and drinking.The house is a beauty and everything works well.Smooth check in with housekeeper there when we arrived.Town nearby but prefered Frejus for eating out.Highly recommend this property.Many Thanks Mike"

"Property is just 100m from the train station, so is a great base if you're using public transport. Aircon in the lounge/kitchen area was very welcome as were the fans in the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and loved Frejus."

"The weather is the best. Sea not far (20 minutes or so to Antibes). Interesting places beyond the sea. The owner was very discrete whilst taking well care of the property. Relatively quiet location, also in terms of car traffic. Good food in the nearby town."

"What a wonderful villa - we liked it so much that on the first night we booked two weeks next year! The villa is large, very spacious and effectively split across many levels and spaces. With two adults (parents), an adult eldest child and a teenage child, there was space enough for all of us to come together for meals and socialising but also space to sit quietly on our own reading a book or sunbathing. The kitchen was very well equipped with the added bonus of an exterior kitchen with fridge...

"This is a beautiful house in a fantastic location and we had a lovely holiday with our three children. Everything we needed was provided and the house was spotlessly clean. The pool was excellent, not at all busy and again beautifully clean. Antibes is a lovely resort with great walks, shops and beaches nearby. "We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y). The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. If we should needed something, we always had the possibility to ask. Our first vacation was a succes. Thank you!"

"Really appreciated the fact that the pool was nicely heated when we came in May. The kids spent their time in the pool. Kitchen is a bit old but we didn’t spent too much time there."

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...
