150 m² cottage (ground floor + st.): large living room of 70 m² with kitchen, dining room, lounge and wood stove, 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, an office space. Central vacuum system. Carport. Independent access road. Small cottage for 2 people on the property also about 400m away. In a setting combining charm and modernity, this recently renovated detached house offers great comfort and luxury. Its interior with clean lines is spacious and bright. The decoration is neat and the furniture is designer. Everything has been thought of for your well-being: each bedroom has its own bathroom and everything is included in the rental (sheets, towels, cleaning, utilities and heating). You will have a private garden of 1500 m² and 2 terraces, one covered and one upstairs accessible from a bedroom. Pétanque court. You will enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings as you stroll around the property and along the 3,500m² pond (fishing in the pond is not permitted).
