"In a very good neighborhood, very close to Sagrada Famiglia, this small junior suite was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. I recommend it to couples (possible with a kid or junior) willing to explore the beautiful Barcelona."

"After receiving the email with instructions it turned out to be a fairly easy arrival. The apartment itself was clean and had everything it promised. I personally love Gracia therefore being able to stay in that area and at such a lovely place was the cherry on top. I would definitely recommend it. "

"The accommodation has no shared spaces, which was fine, but many basic amenities came with extra charges: air conditioning was an additional cost even though it was very hot (summer), washing machine use required payment, and cleaning during the stay was also charged. On top of that, an extra security deposit was requested upon arrival, which was not mentioned on the booking site. Overall a disappointing experience — I expected more transparency."

"perfect place and location "

"The property itself was spacious and comfortable. Big fan of the tall ceilings and two balconies. There are many options for food, coffee, or convenience store necessities. It is in a central location, and a nice walk to the Sagrada Familia. The hosts were great at communicating, and checking in was very smooth. Overall, this property was the cherry on top to our trip there, and we truly had a wonderful time. "

"Needs updates and TLC badly. Rust in tub and it doesn’t drain good at all. Couch falling apart. Broken lights. Stained chair. No coffee or extra toilet paper provided. Should have been 1/2 the price we paid. We are on 25 day vacation thru France, Greece, Spain and this was most expensive and least desirable. "

"In the amenities list when i pick the hotel said the room had AC and when we arrived the property have not AC they rent us a fan for 10€ per day and i think is not fair because they send me a message the check in day explaining me the rules of the property and the charges of each thing, and that’s not fair because i pick a property with the services they show in the beginning so i think is not fair, the rest is a good place in a very good barcelona area."

"Family of four (kids aged 10 and 13) just had an amazing long weekend in Barcelona. This apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. We loved the Spanish feel and even the sounds from the nearby apartments were great, we felt like we were having a true Barcelona experience! Plenty of taxis nearby and so many great places to eat within 5-10 minutes walk. Highly recommend! "

"The location is very convenient. walking distance to almost everywhere. The staff were fantastic. The unit was clean and tidy. They did let us early check in and late check out with no charge. We enjoyed staying here and we loved Barcelona. The building is abit old but all buildings in that area are the same I think. "

"Fantastic location 10 min walk from La Sagrada Familia and nearest metro station. Cafes and bus stops right outside. Apartment exactly as described. Rooftop terrace with tables and chairs was a gem. Perfect for our family of 4. Would highly recommend."

"Great part of Barcelona with plenty of restaurants close by. Walking distance to several tourist sites. Enjoyed the rooftop at night with a glass of wine after a long day of walking. Leasing agent was very easy to contact and accommodated all of our needs. Plenty of room for mom, dad and three kids. I would rent here again."

"I stayed here for 3 nights. It was very clean, and the staff was very responsive and helpful with holding luggage. The location is great- surrounded by amazing cafes, restaurants, and shops. It’s only about a 15 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia. Taxis very easy to get in this area. Would definitely recommend!! "

"Arruinaron nuestro viaje. Era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y cuando llegamos que uno de sus hoteles, donde se suponia que nos teniamos que quedar, "no estaba disponible". Asi que nos mandaron a otro hotel mucho mas lejos de donde ya habia planeado. El internet del nuevo hotel no servia, intente llamar a la directora muchas veces. Un trabajador dijo que nos iban a dar un reembolso y nunca paso. La atencioin pesima. Tuvimos que andar con nuestras balijas y nuestro carrito de nuestra hija de 3 años...
