This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.

Overall this hotel was in walking distance of everything!! Loved it!! Would stay here again! Everyone was pleasant!

The staff were all very friendly and communication was great as they all spoke English, which was convenient for my daughter and I since we don’t speak a whole lot of French, even the communication through messaging before our arrival was great they responded quickly and answered any questions I had. They were extremely accommodating our room ready for hours early for our arrival and even had decorated it for my daughter‘s birthday! The room was small, but perfect for our needs with just the two of us there it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We looked out the back of the building, so there was no view was kind of disappointing, but I love that the windows opened up to let in the fresh breeze. It was very quiet, except in the evenings. If you had the windows open, you could hear people outside, which was no big deal because when you close the windows could not hear them so very peaceful. There were plenty of restaurants and shops close by. It was a very short 3 to 4 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro and bus stop. We definitely loved staying in the smaller boutique hotel instead of a large hotel in the city, but definitely gives you the Parisian experience. Will definitely stay there again if we go back!

Room is ready small and the building is very old. Although these could be charming for some. Location is excellent and close to everything. Overall average experience. Thanks

The property is very conveniently located near the metro and the tourist sights, as well as local shops and cafes etc. - we were delighted to be so near to everything. We had a twin superior room with an en suite shower room. Beds were great, room was nice and not too small but we were very lacking in storage space. Very limited space to unpack, nowhere to hang anything long, not even a coat. Tiny shower room. Staff were lovely and we did not use the pool or have breakfast at the hotel as there were so many places nearby which were less expensive. Overall nice.
