The property was lovely but the staff was another level. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant, the spa, and the door staff were all welcoming and accommodating.
Simone and Jessica made our entire stay completely hassle free. The restaurant had great menu and the food was excellent.

Hotel staff was amazing and friendly, so kind and nice. This hotel is an old mansion, there are only about 16 rooms, directly overlooking the walkway that is on the water and overlooking the ocean. Our room had a patio looking out at the ocean, with a hot tube, we slept with the doors open and the sound of waves all night long. Very nice hotel. Very difficult to find. GPS does not guide you to the correct place. Hospitality could have been better. We had two rooms. When we asked for a 30-minute extension for checkout, they refused, telling us that we could only have 10 minutes, since the hotel was full. That was patently false. There were hardly any guests to be seen anywhere. I was surprised to find the personnel so unaccommodating. It left a bad impression to an otherwise nice hotel.

Amazing hotel! I wanted to stay here forever! The town of Camogli is truly remarkable and one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at on the Italian Riviera. Highly recommend! There is also easy access via ferry to gorgeous San Fruttuoso and Portofino! My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Astoria for 6 nights in March. Overall, it is one of the very best hotels I have stayed in over many years of traveling -- solid, classy, very well-located building; comfortable room with a view of the Bay of Tigullio; a bounteous, tasty breakfast; and perhaps most important, hands-on, fully engaged hotel owners and employees who really care for their guests' comfort and enjoyment of the many attractions of Rapallo and the Ligurian coast.

What a unique property! We loved the character of the palace. The decor was really cool. The staff was excellent, great food and cocktails. I enjoyed the Vespar in the bar. Much better to stay here than in or closer to Porto Fino.

Very beautiful historical building located extremely close to the central rail station. I came here after having a bad experience with a local Airbnb and ended up loving it despite booking on incredibly short notice. You get so much value for your money, and itās so close to so many fun things to explore. Highly recommend it!
