"Place is pretty beat up and could use some maintenence for sure. Oh, and the fire alarm was going off for a solid 3 hours in the middle of the night which made it pretty tough to sleep. Otherwise not too shabby. "

"Lovely small hotel, the staff couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. The rooms are lovely and the location is excellent. We stayed here the night before climbing Pico and we were allowed to leave our bags and come back to the hotel the following day. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. It was one of our groups birthday whilst we stayed here and they made her feel very special. The sea is closeby if you want a swim and lots of lovely restaurants. The spa is excellent also. Thank you for having us, hopefully we will be back one day. "

"A one night stay only to catch a flight. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was busy but comprehensive. "

"We stayed in the Susete Apartment fo 3 mihts on Pico Island. Basically a 1 bedroom with kitchen which was great for cooking and prepping food fo day trips. Miguel is an excellent host and easy to contact, apartment was clean and conveneont for day tripping around Pico. Thanks Miguel!"

"The location was fantastic. I loved hearing the ocean crashing all night from my window and the view. The restaurant on premises was delicious and there were adorable cats in the area. Highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay there again."

"There was not one person at the property on arrival to drop bags. Called multiple numbers list as a contact with no answer. I had to book a expensive room at a different hotel. They are still refusing to give my money back"
