Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, sandy beach "Giannella" 7 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, riding stable 20 km, walking paths from the house 850 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Ercole 14 km, Orbetello 12 km, Feniglia 24 km, Capalbio 37 km, Talamone 27 km. Hiking paths: Oasi WWF Naturale di Orbetello 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
