"The hotel was very modern, hip and clean. I was amazed at the high level of service I received from the managers, Davide and his wife. The service was at the level of a 5 star hotel. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "Delighted to be given an apartment rather than room for the night. Very spacious and cool. Excellent location for walking to lake and good free parking a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice. Our only issue was shortage of cutlery which we reported at check out and the owner was not aware any was missing. "

Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre.
