The beds are uncomfortable, the carpets are old and shabby and the bathrooms are tiny with mould growing in the shower. The fixtures and fittings are tired and need replacing. The only saving grace is the staff. Every single one of them is friendly, chatty and very helpful. They went over and above! "

"Hotel de La Ville is a useful place to stay when visiting Vicenza with a car. The rooms are everything you would expect and the breakfast buffet was good, including a good selection of fruit. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the city gate of Vicenza. "
