the room has no air conditioning, no tv, no WiFi. The bed sheets and towels all have (yellow) stains - we got them replaced and the new also had stains. The appliances do not work properly (shower). The bathroom has no hooks for towels. In total, the room, is below average. The big advertising to see the stars from the bed does not work if the window is not clean, also if the room gets hot and has no air conditioning.

"Byron was very helpful in getting us checked in and sharing information about the property and its amenities. We enjoyed our stay and found the family suite spacious. Breakfast was delicious (they allow seconds of any dish), street parking in front of the hotel entrance was easy. Facility is charming. The only oddity is the very tall sink height in the bathroom. Other than that, we found the location excellent and the staff warm and friendly. The resident cat, Loy, was a charmer. "
"We had a lovely stay in one of the cabins - clear night and the stars were amazing. The pool was great and you could order drinks in the dome below. Friendly staff and we had a nice dinner in Pisco Elqui which is just a short drive away. Also, I don’t think it’s updated on Expedia yet, but they are dog friendly :)"
